PlayStation 3 is a state of the art console game anyone can buy on the market. There are three different specification available for a PlayStation 3 and the specification for PlayStation 3 (PlayStation 3 40GB System) from the contest is:

  • Internal 2.5″ SATA 40GB Hard Disk Drive
  • Built-in Blu-ray/DVD/CD player
  • Cell Broadband Engine advanced microprocessor
  • SIXAXIS wireless controller
  • Screen sizes supported : 480i, 480p, 720p, 1080i, 1080p
  • HDMI out - (x1 / HDMI), Analog: AV MULTI OUT x 1, Digital audio: DIGITAL OUT (OPTICAL) x 1
  • Memory : 256MB XDR Main RAM, 256MB GDDR3 VRAM
  • Two USB 2.0 Ports

sony-playstation-3A PlayStation 3 with the above features costs $400 at Amazon.com . This is actually the lowest specification PlayStation 3 console available. There are other two PlayStation 3 consoles available (PlayStation 3 60GB System and PlayStation 3 80GB System). Sony has been a leader in console gaming but with the release of Xbox Console, it has declined a bit and PlayStation 3 is the answer to Xbox. PlayStation is a big expensive than an Xbox or Nintendo Wii but the hardware on it superior than both of them. Sony was on top with their first PlayStation and then again with PlayStation 2. They were the sole superpower in console gaming. PlayStation 3 is designed to last so don’t expect a newer version (PlayStation 4??) at least for the next five years.

What more can you ask for if you are a racing games fan. Gran Turismo is the best racing game ever made and how about playing this amazing new release of Gran Turismo Racing games series Gran Turismo 5 Prologue with a Logitech Driving Force Pro Wheel. Both of these items just costs $100. If you buy it separately, it would cost a lot more. Just a Gran Turismo 5 Prologue costs $37. This is the lowest price I found for the Brand New Gran Turismo game.

logitech-driving-force-pro-wheelAt Logitech’s official site, Logitech Driving Force Pro Wheel costs $130 so in total, if you buy both these products separately, it would cost you $167. At Walmart, you can get both Logitech Driving Force Pro Wheel and Gran Turismo 5 Prologue for $100. A must see deal for Driving simulation games fan’s. One bad thing about this is the Gran Turismo 5 Prologue racing simulation game only works with PlayStation 3. Logitech Driving Force Pro Wheel works with both PlayStation 2 and PlayStation 3. Here is what you will get with the box of Logitech Driving Force Pro Wheel.

  • Logitech Driving Force Pro (Force Feedback) Steering Wheel
