This is a great concept anyway you think about it. The MP3 Players we use today are a bit bulky compared to the Wallet MP3 player. Walletex has produced the world’s thinnest laptop and I can’t help but admire the design and usability of the World’s Thinnest MP3 Player. The size of the Walletex MP3 player resembles a credit card accept for the thickness. The thickness of the thinnest MP3 Player is about 2-3 credit cards stacked together. It is a USB Flash drive based MP3 player and it tough enough to handle the rigors of being placed inside a wallet. It is made of double laminated unbreakable plastic and will handle almost anything you can throw at it. To add to all this, the first and only world’s thinnest flash drive based credit card sized MP3 Player is waterproof.
The only downside I can see is the pricing of this Credit Card sized wallet MP3 player. Here are some of the specs for the world’s thinnest MP3 Player.
- 1GB of storage
- Flash Based (so it can handle rough use)
- Uses USB to connect to computer and headphones
- Waterproof, dust proof, temperature tolerant
- 3 in 1 double sided USB connector ( for charging, transferring music from a computer, listening to music)
- Supports all common OS - Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows ME, Linux 2.4 and above, and MAC OS 9.0 & higher ,Win 98/Win98SE (driver)
- Compatible with USB 1.1 and USB 2.0 ports
Right now the price of a 1GB Credit Card sized MP3 Player is $70 which from my opinion is a bit costly but the innovation deserves the pricing.

Another great deal for people who are looking of a MP3 Player. Buy.com has a Sandisk Sansa e250 2GB MP3 Player and they are selling it for just $35. It is a great deal offered by buy.com. It is for sale at bestbuy for just $35 because it is a refurbished one. A refurbished one doesn’t mean it is a bad thing, it will do what is needed of it. Sandisk Sansa e250 2GB MP3 Player has a lot of great features but the downside of this player is the storage size, it just has 2 GB of storage.
- Built-in memory 2GB
- Features microSD™ expansion slot for additional memory capacity
- Digital FM tuner, on-the-fly FM recording, and voice recording
- Built in Microphone for recording
- User replaceable and rechargeable Lithium Ion battery for up to 20 hours of battery life
If you are a new Google Checkout user, you can save an additional $10 on this product, so it would only cost you $25. This is a great deal, an MP3 player of this quality for just $25 can’t be passed up. You also don’t have to pay anything for shipping, it is free. I would have bought it but I already have an iPod
