Not only the Capital of Nepal but all around the country, and the most amazing part is Nepal is well known for &lt;a href="http://www.dauglydevil.com/2007/02/second-highest-hydro-resource-country.html" rel="nofollow"&gt;world's second highest water resource country&lt;/a&gt;.  It is expected that the power cut will be more than 60 hours per week if the same condition keeps on going in our country.</description>
